In this particular myth, I am not alone. Nor am I the goddess of the moon, but I am still on the moon. But anyway, I'll get to that later. Now I want to talk about red. Beautiful, bright, brilliant red. The red that only a cassia tree can possess, or cinnabar, an extraordinary stone. In addition to this tree, that will heal itself and never stop growing, there are mythical creatures. A striped toad that sheds his skin and a small hare are among the main creatures. A mortar and pestle for making the elixir, and Wu Kang's axe are on the moon, too. Lastly, a beautiful jade tree and jade palace are said to appear on the moon as well.
